She's responsive to calls and emails even late at night or off working hours and I find it extremely helpful when an agent is always available to answer questions and show us the property anytime we requested. Cathy has been transparent, and reliable through the whole process, she really cared about us and understood our needs. She also has reliable connections from the lender to home improvement. She is absolutely wonderful to work with. It's like having a friend working with you and she follows up with us even after closing, making sure that settled comfortably.
